Booking and Cancelation Policy Booking Policy 1. Booking & Payment All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email, with full payment payments can be made via credit card on the website. Bookings made within 20 hours of departure require full payment at the time of booking. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations and rescheduling made more than 7 days before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable. If Rennell Sound Adventures cancels a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. 3. Rescheduling Guests may request to reschedule at least 48 hours before departure, subject to availability. 4. No-Show Policy Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour will not receive a refund or credit. 5. Weather & Safety Tours operate in most weather conditions; however, safety is our top priority. If a tour is canceled due to unsafe weather or conditions, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative date. Final decisions on weather-related cancellations rest with Rennell Sound Adventures. 6. Group & Private Bookings Private bookings may have different terms and will be discussed upon inquiry. 7. Special Requirements Guests with medical conditions, mobility concerns, or special dietary needs should inform us at the time of booking. Rennell Sound Adventures will do its best to accommodate special requests. 8. Liability & Waivers All guests are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any tour.
